Administrative Director
MedAllies, a dynamic and growing health information technology organization, has an opening for an Administrative Director. The Administrative Director assists in the direction and management of the corporation to ensure provision of services and directs operations to meet the mission of the organization. Duties include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and managing materials and human resources. Extensive responsibility is involved in directing and coordinating human resource activities. Also, the position ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory and governmental agencies.
The position has oversight in four main areas: Human Resource Management, Facility Management, Corporate Compliance/Risk Management, and Purchasing/Inventory Management.
The ideal candidate must possess demonstrated experience/expertise in all four areas of responsibility. Candidate must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Candidates should be detail oriented, with a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work with all levels of staff. The position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem solving skills who is professional, friendly, patient, able to work independently on several tasks at the same time and able to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree required in related field (Human Resources, Business Management, etc). Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in related field and PHR or SPHR certification.
