Post-Implementation Support Rates:

 

The following rates go into effect after running live and after standard complimentary support thresholds have been used.

 
Help Desk                     $100 / hr
 
Systems Analyst            $150 / hr
 
Application Specialist      $125 / hr
 
Project Management       $200 / hr
 

 
Rates for services provided after 5PM Monday-Friday and on Saturday will be billed at 1.5 times the standard rates listed above.  Rates for services provided on Sundays and holidays will be billed at two times the standard rates listed above.

 

The above rates are subject to change without notice.  However once an agreement has been reached for performance of a service, prices will not be changed prior to completion of that service unless the scope of work changes.  Provider shall pay any applicable taxes in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in the MedAllies contract.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Reschedules or cancellations received by MedAllies 15 working days prior to the date of the corresponding course or training will be subject to a penalty equal to 25% of the fees associated with the course or training.
Reschedules or cancellations received by MedAllies less than 10 working days prior to the date of the corresponding course or training will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the fees associated with the course.
In the event that registered students or practice clinicians/staff fail to show up for the course or training, No Refund will be given. Substitutions for classroom training are accepted at any time prior to the course.
